How Metacognition Leads To Improved Mental Health And Reduced Addictive Behavior

I do believe that the human brain truly is the final frontier. The exploration of the brain is revealing more and more each year. It is understood that the brain is the most complicated organ in the human body. In fact, one writer put it this way, “The jelly-like tissue that is the brain is the most complicated object in the known universe. Its 100 billion nerve cells (nearly 20 times the number of people on earth), are each connected to thousands of other nerve cells in a bewilderingly complex network.” https://theconversation.com/understanding-the-brain-and-mind-sciences-final-frontier-18331\

As complicated as the brain is, I am sure it will engage scientists well into the distant future. The above description is apt as I delve deeper into the emerging field of “metacognition.” I’ve been following the research on this topic for several years and I feel great hope as the implications for improving mental health and well-being continue to produce positive results.

A recent article published in Neuroscience News gives a clearer picture of how this emerging field is contributing to the overall mental health of society. “Researchers report metacognition therapies, or directing personal thoughts and emotions for the benefit of mental wellbeing, can have positive effects on the treatment of anxiety, depression, and addictions.” https://neurosciencenews.com/metacognition-mental-health-19649/

As a proponent of drug-free methods for easing pain and ending opioid addiction, this is good news, especially as the world continues to wrestle with a global mental health crisis brought on by COVID-19. The research has been going on for decades and show that metacognition is effective “at decreasing addictive behaviors and improving emotional well-being.”

You’re probably wondering exactly what metacognition is. Well, in its simplest terms it is thinking about thinking. Scientifically metacognition studies how the mind can be aware of, and control, its own activity. I’ll be sharing more information on this fascinating evolving area of research. If you’re interested in delving deeper, you can read the entire Neuroscience News article here: https://neurosciencenews.com/metacognition-mental-health-19649/

It’s Hard To Imagine A World Where Chiropractic Services Don’t Exist

chiropractic

Today chiropractors enjoy the respect and success of a profession that was nearly brought to extinction by a group of people who had taken the Hippocratic Oath to “do no harm” to others. As I continue my overview of the AMA, its history, and how it uses its power to keep people in awe of the mainstream medical profession to the exclusion of their own health and well-being, I come to a topic that highlights how the AMA attempted to eradicate the entire chiropractic profession, a profession that has proven to be instrumental in saving lives, eliminating and managing pain, and helping to maintain true health without prescription drugs or surgery.

Had chiropractors not joined together to prevent this, and the AMA had had its way, you could be living in a world without access to the wonders of chiropractic care today. There was a vast, organized effort by the AMA – just like the effort embarked upon for the past decade to make everyone think that opioids are not addictive – to ruin chiropractors lives and livelihoods along with all those they served.”

It all started back in the 1800’s when there were a variety of medical sects. There were Homeopaths, naturopaths, osteopaths, eclectics and regular medical practitioners. And to say they were a competitive lot is an understatement. They were all vying for market share, which is why the “regular” orthodox medical practitioners organized the American Medical Association. Each of the groups mentioned had a stake in shaping the dominant health care paradigm here in the U.S. However, the AMA took the position that, “the other forms of medicine, including the newly discovered chiropractic profession, were unethical and “unscientific.” Many authors, however, have made the argument that the AMA’s intent was to decrease competition for financial reasons rather than to protect the public from unethical practitioners.” https://apnews.com/article/e4f9f342f302528cfbebb81e1e2224f2

Ignorance Is Not Bliss

No matter how many times I hear the statement “Ignorance is bliss,” I want to scream. Ignorance is not bliss. Ignorance is ignorance. It keeps people in the dark. It makes people slaves to others who use and manipulate knowledge to power over those who choose to remain in ignorance. Please do not be fooled by the AMA, no matter how prestigious you perceive it to be.

Know This:
Summary Of Judge’s Opinion And Order

On August 27, 1987, Judge Susan Getzendanner, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division, found the American Medical Association, The American College of Surgeons, and The American College of Radiology, guilty of having conspired to destroy the profession of chiropractic in the United States. In a 101-page opinion, Judge Getzendanner ruled that the American Medical Association and its co-conspirators had violated the Sherman Antitrust Laws of the United States. Judge Getzendanner ruled that they had done this by organizing a national boycott of Doctors of Chiropractic by medical physicians and hospitals using an ethics ban on interprofessional cooperation.

Evidence at the trial showed that the defendants took active steps, often covert, to undermine chiropractic educational institutions, conceal evidence of the usefulness of chiropractic care, undercut insurance programs for patients of chiropractors, subvert government inquiries into the efficacy of chiropractic, engage in a massive disinformation campaign to discredit and destabilize the chiropractic profession and engage in numerous other activities to maintain a medical physician monopoly over health care in this country.

An Excerpt From The Hippocratic Oath

Every medical doctor is required to recite the Hippocratic Oath. However, it may be more aptly called the “hypocritical oath.” I’m not posting the entirety of the oath, just a very small excerpt. Two points that could not be further from the truth of the practices of many mainstream doctors today.

I will use those dietary regimens which will benefit my patients according to my greatest ability and judgement, and I will do no harm or injustice to them.
I will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such a plan

The Chiropractic Oath

And, now for the Chiropractic Oath, which I took and which I strive to uphold and cultivate through the education of my patients and the society at large. I am proud to be a Chiropractor and so grateful that this healing profession was saved for the betterment of humanity.

“In accordance with the law of nature, that law which God has prescribed to all men;  and in consequence of my dedication to getting the sick well by the application of that law, I promise and swear to keep, to the best of my ability and judgement, the following oath:

I will observe and practice every acknowledged rule of professional conduct in relation with my profession, my patient, my colleague, and myself.

I will keep an open mind regarding the progress of my profession, provided that these progressions shall be confined \within the boundaries of the chiropractic science, philosophy, and art.

I will serve my patient to the best of my ability, violating neither his confidences nor his or her dignity, and in my association with patients I shall not violate that which is moral and right.

I shall regard and refer to my fellow chiropractor with honor, giving credit where it is due.

I shall improve my knowledge and skill, firm in my resolution to justify the responsibility which the degree of Doctor of Chiropractor symbolizes and imposes.”

To all this, I pledge myself, knowing these ideals are prescribed by the dictates of reason alone.

We Tend To Trust Medical Research Without Question And Often At Great Peril

In my ongoing research for educational material to share with my patients, those who follow me on social media and anyone who happens upon my articles and blogs, I recently came across some very interesting information to share with you. I truly hope it gives you pause and makes you think more deeply about how ‘scientific research’ is often conducted, by whom and what ultimately gets presented to the public.

The topic is about studies done to prove the effectiveness of pharmacological products versus alternative medical treatments. The article I am drawing from and referencing begins, “We’re often told that alternative medicine is unproven and pharmacological treatments are well validated. Is this true?” https://www.paintreatmentdirectory.com/posts/can-we-trust-the-science
What a great question and one that should be asked and researched frequently.

There has been a trend in the medical field to push for what is referred to as “Evidence-Based Medicine” (EBM), which means” integrating individual clinical expertise with the best available external clinical evidence from systematic research.” Since the early 1990’s there has been a push for this type of research. However, according to the article, “EBM sounds good in theory, but its application to medical decision-making has left much to be desired. A 2014 article in the Journal of Evaluation in Clinical Practice reported that EBM has failed to achieve its main objectives: to improve health care outcomes and reduce health care costs.” Critics of this method have noted that, “one issue of major concern is that most studies available in medical literature are funded by parties that have a financial interest in the outcome, such as pharmaceutical companies. These entities manipulate the outcome of the research by their choice of issues studied and by manipulating the study design to favor their desired results. When the study still does not turn out as they had hoped, they fail to publish it and bury the results.” These same critics concluded “that relying indiscriminately on industry-funded studies to make clinical decisions is like trusting politicians to count their own votes.”

I implore you to investigate further by reading the article in its entirety. You can access it here: https://www.paintreatmentdirectory.com/posts/can-we-trust-the-science

The author states, “We need to recognize that claims of pharmaceutical safety and effectiveness are often overblown, and the benefits of alternative therapies are often minimized. We need to ask, “What does the promoter or disparager of this treatment have to gain or lose?”
Alternative therapies are much safer than pharmaceuticals and, if accessible and affordable, are worth trying first.”

I am in total agreement with the author of this informative article. And, in conclusion, I would like to point out one of the most disturbing facts about research, and especially research funded by those who benefit from positive results. The most important and never asked question is “Where is the journal that prints all the failed or negative outcome studies?” Sadly this journal doesn’t exist and if it did there would be only a handful of drugs that would ever make it to market.

Again please read the entire piece to get a more in-depth understanding of how medical research is done in this country.

What The AMA Endorses People Believe In

As I continue to share information about the American Medical Association (AMA) as reported in a very lengthy and thorough article on MotherJones.com, I want to reiterate that what most people think of as an institution concerned with the well-being of the American public could not be further from the truth. The AMA was the biggest supporter of the tobacco industry knowing for 30 years prior to the surgeon general’s warning, that smoking was a health hazard and addictive, all the way up until it became absolutely impossible for them to maintain that stance. Then they supported big pharma knowing how addictive and deadly opioids are when misused and abused until once again, it was morally impossible for them to do so.

As a chiropractor with a desire to end addiction and help ease pain and suffering through working with the body’s incredible healing potential, I will continue my research into the various organizations that hold sway over politicians and the American public. Especially those organizations and the industries they support that create and promote products that are harmful to our health.

The Greatest Marketing Gimmick: The AMA “Seal Of Acceptance”

In its earliest days after its founding in 1847, the AMA reportedly “had just a few thousand members and a paltry budget for its first half-century of existence.” But that changed once the organization concocted a campaign offering their “Seal of Acceptance” to drugs, foods, and other items that met certain purity and transparency standards.” According to the MotherJones.com article, “Critics argued that the approval wasn’t based on particularly rigorous standards, but companies boasted about the AMA’s approval in JAMA (Journal of American Medical Association) advertisements and in their promotion more broadly.” Apparently back in the early 1930’s, Land O’Lakes was granted the “Seal of Acceptance” even while they were facing federal charges “for selling adulterated butter and eggs.” But that seal cured their “paltry budget.” By1948, JAMA subscriptions and advertising were bringing in $4.9 million in revenue.

Don’t Interfere With Doctors

Later on, as the AMA was working to preserve its relationship with Big Tobacco, (read about it in this month’s blog The AMA Hiding Behind The Smoke) “it was also laying the groundwork for a much more lucrative future, one that would reap profits from across the medical world—from private practice physicians to large hospital systems to the federal government.”

The AMA has historically been opposed to any form of national health insurance. It has been reported that, back in the 1930s, the “AMA opposed all health insurance on the grounds that “no third party must be permitted to come between the patient and his physician in any medical relation.” They even opposed Medicare, warning of “socialized medicine.” And, back in the 1980’s Congress tried to “reign in spiraling Medicare costs.” The AMA’s CEO at that time issued a warning suggesting that doctors “are really worried that they’re not going to be allowed to practice medicine as they know it…based on their own judgment.” We have seen how well that works out for hundreds of thousands of patients who were prescribed unwarranted amounts of opioids. Placing all of your trust in a doctor’s “own judgment” can be detrimental to your health.

So, let’s take a look at what the AMA has strongly supported and what they have opposed. They staunchly and strongly supported tobacco companies and opioid manufacturers. They put their seal of acceptance on questionable products. Yet they vehemently oppose medical care for all. And while it’s a fact that the AMA eventually supported the Affordable Care Act, they continue to oppose a single-payer option.

The AMA Hiding Behind The Smoke

This month, as I continue to reveal the darker side of the AMA, I’m going to travel back in history to show how intimately involved they were with the tobacco industry. So keep in mind the recently revealed cozy relationship with the pharmaceutical industry (see last month’s blog The American Medical Association Is Not What You Think It is) as we choke on the facts from the past, regarding the so called “unified voice” of America’s doctors who claim to be “dedicated to the art and science of medicine and the betterment of public health. Smoking is the #1 addiction in the world and as I research the AMA, FDA, Government and corporate pay-to-play relationships it goes back much longer than the opioid crisis. Pharmaceutical companies are just the next cash cow to join the influence parade.

Where There’s Smoke There’s Deception

A half century ago, way back in 1964, the surgeon general issued a landmark report concluding that smoking causes cancer. The Federal Trade Commission immediately called for warning labels to be put on cigarette packages. But there was strong opposition from – you guessed it, the holiest of holies, the American Medical Association! The AMA opposed the label despite the thousands of tests, doctors and individual medical societies in favor of it.

The AMA’s position on smoking was, “There is no further need for educational statements to the youth.” Which was the exact stance of the tobacco industry. The AMA boasted about the fact that their journal, JAMA, stopped running cigarette ads in the 1950’s even though their collaboration with the tobacco industry continued for decades. In fact, the AMA launched a massive research partnership with six tobacco companies in an attempt to disprove the surgeon general’s warning. These six companies gave $18 million dollars to the AMA (1964 mind you!) over the next decade for this research. Fortunately for the public, less fortunate for the tobacco industry, the research concluded that the surgeon general’s report was correct.

Impossible To Maintain Their Supportive Stance The AMA Turned On Tobacco

The AMA continued its support of the tobacco industry until it was absolutely impossible for them to do so when lawsuits started flying in the mid-1990’s. Sounds just like what recently happened with Purdue Pharma. Both the AMA and the tobacco industry knew that tobacco was addictive 30 years prior to the surgeon general’s warning. And when the AMA turned on tobacco, they took absolutely no responsibility for their support, and instead put all the blame on the industry.

To say that the AMA’s finger-pointing seemed hollow is an understatement, but as I have been pointing out, the majority of Americans continue to hold this organization in high esteem despite the fact that they act as a trade organization for the industry that gives them the most money at any given time, rather than benefit the betterment of public health.

Next month join me as I elaborate on how the AMA conspired to destroy the entire chiropractic profession. Fortunately – spoiler alert – they failed.

Consider The Sun A Good Friend And Spend A Little Time With It Regularly

I don’t know if the numbers of deaths as a result of insufficient Vitamin D levels include those who died of drug overdoses or not, but either way the numbers are pretty shocking. “Studies in the past decade indicate that insufficient sun exposure may be responsible for 340,000 deaths in the United States and 480,000 deaths in Europe per year, and an increased incidence of breast cancer, colorectal cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, autism, asthma, type 1 diabetes and myopia.”
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7400257/

More recently scientists and researchers are studying the effects of Vitamin D on addiction with interesting and hopeful conclusions. “After analyzing human data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, the researchers found that those with insufficient vitamin D levels (less than 20 ng/ml) were more likely to use opioid painkillers and more likely to be diagnosed with an opioid use disorder than those with sufficient vitamin D levels.” https://www.paintreatmentdirectory.com/posts/vitamin-d-deficiency-increases-risk-of-opioid-addiction-and-worsens-withdrawal-symptoms

A Little Bit Of Sunshine: Make It A Daily Habit

Could it possibly be that a daily dose of sunshine could decrease the daily desire or need for opioids? And, if that is the case, is it possible to convince those who are currently dependent on opioids to expose themselves to the sun on a daily basis? I understand the difficulty this poses with the elderly who are bedridden, however, the younger, still functioning population are the more likely targets for this type of therapy.

The Sun Is Our Life-giving Friend, Not Something To Fear

We have turned into a society who shuns the sun. We’ve become terrified of the life-giving properties of the sun. We’re more afraid of skin cancer than we need to be. Recent research is showing that using sunscreen is not preventing melanoma, but it is depriving those who use it of making Vitamin D. “For the past 50 years, in the name of skin cancer prevention, the CDC has advised the American public to avoid sun exposure and to apply sunscreen daily even on cloudy days. During that time, the incidence of melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, has increased by 300%, indicating that the CDC’s understanding of the relationship between skin cancer and sun exposure is incorrect. Scientific discoveries in the 21st Century have shown that insufficient sun exposure has become the nation’s second largest public health problem after cigarette smoking.”

Get Out And Enjoy The Free Vitamin D While You Can

We still have a couple of months of summer to start improving our Vitamin D levels. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather see someone addicted to sunshine than opioids. Being out of doors in the sun for at least 30 minutes a day can have a profound impact on one’s health. I realize it’s not quite as simple as I make it sound and addiction is a complicated disease with many contributing factors, but it is easy to experiment by spending time outside each day. When summer comes to an end, get yourself a good quality Vitamin D supplement and find a tanning bed nearby!

The American Medical Association Is Not What You Think It is

I think it is a fairly common belief among most people that the American Medical Association (AMA) is an organization that is meant to have the best interest of the healthcare concerns of the public at large in mind. The AMA bills themselves as “the “unified voice” of America’s doctors dedicated to “the art and science of medicine and the betterment of public health.” However, when you look closely you will see that the AMA functions more like a trade organization, which is defined as: a voluntary association of business firms organized on a geographic or industrial basis to promote and develop commercial and industrial opportunities within its sphere of operation, to voice publicly the views of members on matters of common interest, or in some cases to exercise some measure of control over prices, output, and channels of distribution.
https://www.britannica.com/topic/trade-association

Developing commercial opportunities, controlling prices and channels of distribution can be so clearly seen in the relationship between Purdue Pharma and the AMA particularly between 2002 and 2018 when the AMA’s philanthropic arm, the AMA Foundation received more than $3 million from Purdue Pharma. In case you don’t remember, Purdue Pharma developed Oxycontin and spent millions of dollars telling the world that opioids aren’t addictive.

The fact of the matter is that the AMA has a history of behaving like a trade organization and not as the “unified voice” of America’s doctors. Because of its “cozy” relationship with Purdue Pharma, very few doctors even join the AMA anymore. In a very eye-opening article it was stated that, “As of 2019, just 19 percent of practicing physicians were AMA members; nearly half of them were students or residents, who get a discount on the $420 membership fee. Membership dues currently make up just 8 percent of the AMA’s total revenue.” https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2021/08/purdue-pharma-american-medical-association-relationship-opioid-crisis-public-health/

I’m going to be sharing more of the details from the Mother Jones article in upcoming blogs and articles. Or you can read the article in its entirety at the link above. If you’re really interested in how not concerned about public health the AMA has historically been check back next month.

From Drug Addicts To Sun Worshipers…It Could Happen

Without the sun, there would be no life on planet earth. Without the sun, our bones would not be strong. The sun is what makes Vitamin D in our bodies. It was making Vitamin D before any company was making vitamin D supplements, so don’t start pushing back yet. And now, the sun may be responsible for helping people curb and potentially stop craving opioids. Recent studies are pointing to this as a very strong possibility. Consider the following statements:

“Vitamin D deficiency (italics mine) strongly exaggerates the craving for and effects of opioids, potentially increasing the risk for dependence and addiction, according to a new study led by researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). These findings, published in Science Advances, suggest that addressing the common problem of vitamin D deficiency with inexpensive supplements could play a part in combating the ongoing scourge of opioid addiction.” https://neurosciencenews.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-opioid-sun-seeking-addiction-18612/

A Little Bit Of Sun Goes A Long Way

We Americans are extremists. If we find out a little bit of something is good for us, we tend to think more will be even better. But that is not the case. In fact, one of the worst examples of this kind of thinking is present in the prescribing of opioids. Some doctors actually believe that the more opioids they give their patients the better off they will be. (If you want to see what I mean, tune into the Netflix documentary The Crime of The Century.) So, please do not think that because I’m suggesting a little bit of sun that an extreme amount is going to be better. And, for those who are gasping at the idea because of skin cancer, let me assure you, there is a tremendous amount of evidence that is suggesting our fear of the sun is causing even greater health concerns.

In fact, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has this to say on the subject. “While it is accepted that solar UVR exposure is the main cause of skin cancer, evidence is accumulating on the health benefits of sun exposure, as well as widespread vitamin D deficiency, and has revealed a possibly significant public health problem resulting from insufficient sun exposure. This suggests that current public health advice on sun exposure ought to be reconsidered to communicate a better balance of the benefits and harms of sunlight, particularly at higher latitudes where ambient levels of UVR are comparatively low even in summer.” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7400257/

Chances are, if you do not spend much time outdoors with skin exposed to the sun and you are not supplementing, your vitamin D levels are most likely insufficient. The truth is that most people can make enough vitamin D from being out in the sun daily for short periods (15 to 30 minutes) with their forearms, hands or lower legs uncovered and without sunscreen. You do have to be careful and not overdo it. Getting sunburned is not healthy.

It’s Summertime And The Vitamin D Is Free

Spending a day on the beach is not going to cure the opioid epidemic, but it is a step in the right direction. Understanding the detrimental effects of Vitamin D deficiency and the role it plays in addiction can lead to more helpful programs and treatments for those who are currently dependent on opioids. This is a great time to be exposed to this information. It is the height of summer and the Vitamin D is absolutely free.

Opioid Addiction Could Be Curtailed By The Most Important Vitamin Under The Sun

This country has been struggling with opioid addiction at epidemic proportions for the last three decades. According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, as of 2018, approximately 10.3 million people aged 12 or older had misused opioids in the past year, and 2 million had an Opioid use disorder (OUD). https://advances.sciencemag.org/content/7/24/eabe4577

But how do we turn the tide? How do we help people successfully conquer addiction? I’ve been working tirelessly to find the answer to this question and educate people about alternative methods to control pain. I’ve been making appeals at the highest levels of government to enact legislation to amend easy access to opioids. So, I have to admit that recent news about a study in which Vitamin D deficiency is being looked at as having the potential to increase the risk of dependency and addiction to opioids is pretty thrilling. That means that increasing Vitamin D levels could reduce the craving for the drug.

The findings of the study, published in Science Advances, suggest that addressing the common problem of vitamin D deficiency with inexpensive supplements could play a part in combating the ongoing scourge of opioid addiction. https://neurosciencenews.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-opioid-sun-seeking-addiction-18612/

I know I’m in for a bit of backlash from some people when I suggest that people suffering from OUD get out into the sunshine without using sunscreen, but I’m going to say it. The sun is the most important source of Vitamin D. I’m not suggesting overexposure, but a maximum of 15 minutes on a daily basis could make a big difference. And, if you want to avoid the sun, Vitamin D deficiency is safely and easily treated with low-cost dietary supplements. But honestly, what could be healthier than going for a walk, playing with your kids, going to the beach, spending time in Mother Nature? Mother Nature may very well be an effective aid for the scourge of opioid addiction. I for one would not be a bit surprised.

Pain Management Enters An Exciting New Era

To say that I am excited and honored to be selected to be part of the Executive Medical Leadership team at Nu-Life Solutions is truly an understatement. This historic company is bringing advanced technology to the realm of addiction and pain management. No surgery, no pills, no more pain.

I was invited to join the team and did so us in October 2020. My efforts to bring non-surgical and non-pharmacological options for controlling pain to the forefront is being realized by this exciting new technology. I will be participating in global clinical operations and I have enthusiastically assumed the leadership role in The H.O.P.E. Initiative to treat those suffering from opioid addiction.

The U.S. Represents 4% Of The Global Population Yet Consumes 90% Of All Opioids

Over the past 8 years I have witnessed the devastation that the opioid crisis has delivered to the U.S. and abroad. The integrative health field has been raising the red flag for years regarding the shift of medicating patients through pain rather than treating them through it. There are 550,000 prescriptions for opioids written every day. The U.S. is 4% of the world’s population yet consumes 90% of all the opioids produced (prescription and illicit). 80% of heroin users say they started with prescription opioids, and over 160 people die of an overdose every day, making overdose deaths the leading cause of death for Americans under 50. Over 50% of the opioid prescriptions go to people with depression or other mood disorders and the overlap of heightened awareness of pain with mental health issues has been known and studied for decades. It is also understood that those who suffer with mental health issues and pain are much more susceptible to dependency and addiction than is the greater population.

Most pain and addiction is caused or amplified by anxiety, depression and sleeplessness and these are also the key symptoms of withdrawal from addictive drugs. I can’t wait to see the lives changed by this cutting-edge technology.

A Shift To Minimally Invasive Therapies

It is my dream coming true to witness the global healthcare industry shifting and now increasingly focusing on minimally invasive therapies that not only treat a wide range of chronic and refractory disorders but also have fewer side effects. Nu-Life Solutions is the global developer of the Nu-V3 technology which is a patented and trademark registered neuromodulation device. The demand for neuromodulation has increased significantly, due to patients’ preference for minimally invasive forms of treatment. Neuromodulation has been one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare technologies since 2015.

Non-Invasive Treatment Without Negative Side Effects

Imagine being able to live pain-free for the first time in decades. Imagine getting your life back, your family, your job, your mind! Chronic pain, anxiety, depression and sleeplessness are without question debilitating. Being able to actively participate in bringing a non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical technology that offers long-term relief without negative side effects to the world is beyond exciting. It is truly transformational. I look forward to bringing you more information as this technology is rolled out around the world.
